Faith, made simple and always with you
DharmaMitra is a labour of devotion — a calm, fully offline home for daily worship, built to work anywhere, even without a network.
Why we built it
Devotional resources are scattered across noisy websites full of ads, pop-ups, and trackers — and most stop working the moment you lose signal, exactly when you're travelling to a temple or sitting for puja. We wanted something different: one respectful, beautiful place for daily practice that simply works, wherever you are.
What's inside
- Aartis, chalisas, stotras & mantras — Hindi text, transliteration, and meaning for every one.
- Daily panchang — tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, sunrise/sunset, Rahu Kaal, and auspicious muhurta, computed for your own district.
- Festivals & vrats — from Ekadashi and Pradosh to every major parva, with kathas and full puja vidhi.
- Darshan & pilgrimage — Jyotirlingas, Char Dham, Shakti Peeths, and sacred temples, cities, and rivers, with your own yatra progress.
- Granths — the Bhagavad Gita, Sundarkand, Hanuman Bahuk and the Satyanarayan Vrat Katha, read page by page with a sing-along recording.
- Bhajans — bhajans of Mira, Surdas, Kabir, Tulsidas and Sant Ravidas, with a page for each poet.
- Listen — our own recordings of mantras, bhajans and vrat kathas, kept on your phone for offline listening.
- Kundali — a full birth chart, cast and kept entirely on your device.

- Daily Dose — one long-form devotional read a day, with a short quiz.
Our principles
Offline-first
Content lives on your device. Open the app on a train, in a temple, or in a remote village — no internet required.
Private by design
No sign-up, no tracking, and no selling your data. Your saved content and bookmarks stay on your phone — and your kundali and japa log never leave it at all. If you save a name and email in your profile they reach us so we can stay in touch; everything else we collect is anonymous, aggregate usage statistics to improve the app — never your contacts, location, or what you read. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Respectful and accurate
Content is presented for devotional and educational purposes, with care for tradition and language.
